Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Glowcut, the internal content library of Glowora. By logging in you agree to them.

Access

• Glowcut is only for people invited by Glowora. Your account is personal: do not share your login or login links.
• Glowora can change your role or end your access at any time, for example when a collaboration ends.

Using the content

• All videos, clips and labels in Glowcut belong to Glowora or to the creators who licensed them to Glowora.
• You may only use the content to create marketing materials for Glowora, as agreed with Glowora. You may not use it for other brands, clients or personal purposes, and you may not publish it without Glowora's permission.
• Treat the content and any unreleased products you see as confidential.

Share links

Share links let people without an account view and download selected clips. Only share them with people who work on Glowora projects. You can revoke a link at any time; Glowora admins can revoke all links.

Acceptable use

Do not try to access parts of Glowcut you were not given access to, download the library in bulk for purposes outside your work for Glowora, or interfere with how the service works.

AI-generated labels

Clip descriptions and labels are generated by AI and can be wrong. Check a clip before you use it in an ad.

Availability and liability

Glowcut is provided as is. We do our best to keep it available and secure, but we cannot guarantee it is always online or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Glowora is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of Glowcut.

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
